Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your Lätt Creator Hub account and all associated personal information at any time. Send a deletion request from your account email address to info@latthome.hu with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Please include the email address and any connected social media usernames associated with your account so we can locate and remove your data.

2. What gets deleted

Once we verify your request, we delete the personal information we hold about you, including:

• Account profile and login information
• Connected TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook account identifiers and access tokens
• Submitted content URLs and performance metrics
• Affiliate, coupon, and commission records associated with your account

3. Disconnecting social accounts

You can also disconnect a connected TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook account at any time from your profile settings in the platform, or from the respective social media platform's settings. Disconnecting stops any further data retrieval from that platform.

4. Processing time

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, accounting or tax records).
